Krystal Demoney-Hendrickson, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Krystal is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who believes in the healing power of connection, compassion, and whole-person care.
Born in Boise and raised in the quiet landscapes of rural Southern Idaho, Krystal’s path into healthcare began early—becoming a certified nursing assistant while in high school. She went on to earn her Associate of Science in Nursing from the College of Southern Idaho in 2010, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University in 2012. In 2014, she answered a call to serve, commissioning into the United States Navy Reserve as a critical care nurse.
Her love of learning and dedication to helping others led her to complete a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership at Grand Canyon University in 2015. Krystal later earned both her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Gonzaga University.
In her pursuit of deeper, more integrative care, Krystal completed a Functional Psychiatry Fellowship and became a Psychiatry Redefined Certified Functional Medicine Provider (PRCFMP). She is also an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, where she continues to grow in her understanding of root-cause healing.
Krystal’s approach is grounded in humility, curiosity, and genuine care. She sees each person as more than a diagnosis—honoring the complex interplay between mind, body, intuition, and spirit. By blending evidence-based medicine with mindfulness and functional strategies, she offers a path toward healing that is both gentle and empowering.
Above all, Krystal believes in walking alongside patients with empathy and respect, creating a safe space where healing can unfold naturally.
